Used them for the first time - twice in the past 10 days. LOVED how easy it was to customize my own...n policy right at my desk, print up the document and head south! So easy! The price was very fair, as well. Luckily, I didn't have to launch a claim (knock on wood), so I can't comment on their actual policy servicing, but getting insurance online for my trip to Baja was awesomely easy.

I called Baja Bound and Rigo from customer service was the most helpful person I've ever spoken to!...! If you get a chance to speak to Rigo from the call center customer support you will fully understand every part of your policy! He was very kind and helpful!! 11 out of 10 experience!
