I have been using BajaBound Insurance for 15 years - multiple trips per year. Their website is...y, their coverage is great, and the customer service is outstanding. I have many friends that use BajaBound and unfortunately I have seen claims be filed. Outcomes have always been quick, fair, and what you would expect from the contract.
